This Privacy Policy explains how StarBridge UKAdmin (operated by David Quirk, trading as StarBridge UKAdmin) collects and uses your personal data when you visit StarbridgeUKAdmin.com or apply for the evening & weekend admin micro-role (the “Service”).

This site is UK-only, intended for adults 18+, and aimed at people currently employed in the UK.

1) Personal data we collect

1.1 Data you provide
  • Contact details: email address (required); name (required).

  • Eligibility: a yes/no confirmation that you are currently employed in the United Kingdom (required for this role).

  • Application details: optional employer/sector; preferred evening/weekend window; any messages you send us.

  • Consent choices: marketing opt-in/out; cookie preferences.

  • (Optional) Phone number: only if you provide it; used for occasional, pre-arranged calls (e.g., onboarding clarification).

  • Technical: IP address, device/browser info, pages visited, timestamps, referrer/UTM.

Please don’t include sensitive data (health, ethnicity, etc.) in free-text fields. We don’t request special category data.

3) Who we share data with (processors/recipients)

We use trusted vendors to provide the Service and only share what’s necessary:

  • Hosting & infrastructure: Hostinger International Ltd.

  • Website forms & email delivery: Hostinger Email/Titan (or our configured SMTP provider).

  • Analytics/Tag management (if enabled): Google LLC (Google Analytics 4), Google Tag Manager.

  • Advertising pixels (optional): Meta Platforms, Google Ads.

  • Productivity tools: e.g., Microsoft 365/Google Workspace for internal email and storage.

We require processors to protect your data and act only on our instructions. We do not sell your personal data.

4) International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the UK/EEA. Where they do, we rely on:

  • Adequacy decisions, or

  • Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) with the UK International Data Transfer Addendum (IDTA), plus supplementary measures where appropriate.

5) How long we keep your data

We keep personal data only as long as needed, then delete or anonymise it:

  • Application data: up to 12 months from last meaningful contact (to consider you for current/near-future opportunities), unless we must keep it longer to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes.

  • Eligibility (yes/no) record: retained with your application record, then deleted on the same schedule.

  • Analytics data: per vendor defaults (e.g., GA4 retention settings).

  • Email suppression lists: kept to honour opt-outs.

  • Server/security logs: typically up to 12 months.

6) Your rights (UK GDPR)

You can access, rectify, or erase your data; restrict or object to processing (especially where we rely on legitimate interests); exercise data portability; and withdraw consent for marketing/cookies.
You also have the right to complain to the ICO. We’d appreciate the chance to resolve concerns first.

7) Automated decision-making

We do not make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
If your answer to “currently employed in the UK” is No, your application will receive human review before any final decision.

Service and onboarding emails are not marketing and may still be sent as part of providing the Service.
